The first dog I trained when I was 8 years old.
I taught it 10 commands in 1 day!
My
name is Julie Olsen and Reigning Dogs is my Business. I am a
Certified ABC Graduate. My certification covers Dog training and Behavioral rehabilitation. I am serious about this work.
I
have been working for 8 years in Columbia with various dog rescue
venues including Project Pet, Pets Inc. & Full Moon Farm (NC). Before that I was training dogs by just listening to their sounds and watching their reactions (along with a bit of basic training I studied as a kid). I worked as a dog washer, babysitter and walker in my college days.
Now, my time is spent
doing home visits, teaching, organizing healthy social dog walks, decorating and designing dog parks and
giving Seminars.
As a result, a high
percentage of my business is adopters, referrals & onlookers!
We
live with our dogs and they do individually change our lives, for the
better and for the worse. It's how we deal with their good behavior
that changes their bad behavior.
In a pack the bad dogs are taught how to act right by the dogs that know better. We are those dogs to them!
